10 WAYS BLOG - Clear Your Mind, Not Your Refrigerator

The problem is not weight. It's not behavior. It’s not emotions.
It's your thoughts.
Thoughts are very powerful. They manifest themselves as habits, emotions, lifestyles and even babies. All of these started with a thought. Your body is the result of processing your thoughts into matter and when you grow in your consciousness you integrate new information into your body. It's the thoughts themselves that are taking up room.
It goes something like this: You get a new idea, one that resonates with your mind and soul. Your consciousness goes to work making this new information into your body. Your body begins to hold your old concepts and new concepts at the same time. Your body becomes enlarged like a suitcase that was not unpacked from your last trip now trying to be stuffed with what you need for our next trip.
Excess weight is simply a form of information indigestion - old thoughts not yet released from your body and new thoughts not yet intergrated.
Once you remove the thoughts that no longer work in your system and integrate the thoughts that you want to be the magnet for your life, you will naturally decrease in size. And the more ease with which you do this, releasing the old and integrating the new, the less your ass needs to grow in order to change. This goes with your personal thoughts as well as our collective thoughts. So beware what you watch and read - the news and the internet can be fattening.
So if you were wondering why you can diet, fast, walk, swim and not get thin, think about your thoughts. Examine them closely. Which ones are you holding onto? There is likely an old thought taking up room in your body making your new thoughts and awareness harder to integrate. So while bad habits will get you fat, it is the thoughts behind them that are the cause.
Clear your mind, not your refrigerator.
In order to facilitate this clearing of your thoughts do the following: Drink a lot of water during the day, meditate and clear your thoughts, never go to bed without taking a bath, never ever fall asleep with the television on and instead read something enlightened before bed. Also plan for and make sure you sleep 9 to 11 hours per night, get out in nature for nurture and most importantly never criticize your size that is an old thought taking up room making your new thoughts harder to intergrate.
Self-criticism is the most fattening of all thoughts.
