There is No Such Thing as Dumb Weapon

After reading this great article on Wired by Noah Shachtman about lasers being used to to defeat "dumb weapons" fired at U.S. Helicopters, it occured to that they have finally gotten to the heart of the problem.
There are no dumb weapons, because dumb weapons are fired by smart people.
