DISCLAIMER AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY Two Dragons, Inc. offers to its clients entertainment, companionship, camaraderie, friendship, and social intercourse in a specific time block, in exchange for payment. It is not a licensed psychological or counseling service, and does not offer same.  Likewise, Two Dragons, Inc. does not suggest or recommend  that any action should be taken, or not taken, and specifically disclaims liability for any and all consequent action, inaction, or result. Two Dragons, Inc. stresses self reliance and individual self determination. As such, no special reliance should be placed upon conversations held with representatives of Two Dragons, Inc., as Two Dragons, Inc. does not offer such services. Client payments made to Two Dragons, Inc. are solely and exclusively for the purchase of a block of time spent in conversation, and nothing further is represented as being sold. No action on the part of the client should be undertaken, or withheld, as a result of this conversation. Two Dragons, Inc. specifically disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for any actions that clients might undertake, or that might befall clients,  after talking to representatives of Two Dragons, Inc.,  as Two Dragons, Inc. specifically hereby warns and directs Clients that no reliance should be placed upon conversations held or information discussed. Two Dragons, Inc. is a Delaware corporation, properly registered to do business in  Virginia.  Clients of Two Dragons, Inc. hereby agree that venue of any legal proceedings against Two Dragons, Inc., or any of its employees or agents, shall be solely and exclusively maintained in Fairfax County, Virginia, and  in no other local whatsoever under any circumstance. Nothing herein may be waived or amended except in a written document signed by both parties hereto; to wit, the client and a representative of Two Dragons, Inc.. Valuable consideration having been exchanged,  Client does hereby execute this contract, and emails it to: or faxes it to: 703-948-0618. If this document is emailed, type your name in the signature form below. Emailing it in this form from your computer will constitute, it is agreed, a valid signature.
